Original works & private references
Invited reviewers may receive a private share link. It opens only the videos included in that invitation, each shown with its title and, where the sharing service provides them, its duration and publication time.
These videos can serve as a reference copy of Flamingo Official content when a request about that content is reviewed. Viewing a video through a private link is for review only. It does not transfer ownership or grant any right to copy, download, re-upload, broadcast or otherwise redistribute the content.
Images in the public collection illustrate the episodes on this website. They are not offered as evidence of ownership.
Third-party material & legal exceptions
Some videos include material owned by others, such as game footage, clips, music or images. Flamingo Official claims rights only in its own original contributions, not in third-party material.
Uses permitted by law, such as fair use or fair dealing depending on where you are, are not infringements. Each situation is considered on its own facts.
Permission & licensing
To use Flamingo Official content, ask first at licensing@worldfoldstudio.com. Describe the content, how and where you intend to use it, and for how long.
No license is granted unless it is confirmed to you in writing.
Rights enforcement & good-faith requests
Flamingo Official may send or respond to copyright notices about its content. Notices are sent in good faith and identify the work concerned.
If you have a question about a notice sent on behalf of Flamingo Official on another platform, write to copyright@worldfoldstudio.com and include the address (URL) of the material, the notice you are writing about, and your name and how to reach you. The procedures of the platform that hosts the material, including counter-notification, remain available to you.
Outcomes depend on the facts and on the platform involved, so no particular result or timeframe can be promised.
Infringement notices (DMCA)
To report material on this website that you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@worldfoldstudio.com with the information below. Incomplete notices may delay review.
- Your full legal name, your role, your company or relationship to the rights holder, and your email address, phone number and physical mailing address.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears. If it appears in a private screening, give the video title instead of forwarding the private link.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on its behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices & removals
This section applies only to material that was removed from, or disabled on, this website because of a copyright notice. If you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@worldfoldstudio.com that includes:
- Your full legal name, physical mailing address, phone number and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Flamingo Official may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please attach any supporting documentation, such as a license or other written permission.
For material removed from another platform, such as YouTube, use that platform’s own counter-notification procedure. A counter-notice sent to this website does not replace it.
Private share links that are misused, for example forwarded to others or used to copy content, may be revoked.
